Even Top Leaders Need Support

When talking to Ministry Leaders about the ‘business’ keeping them from effective ministry, my former Pastor would always say, “if someone can do what you can do at least 80% as well, let them do it!”
What’s holding your time hostage and keeping you from operating at a high level? An unrealistic side affect of ambition is thinking that you can and must handle every aspect of your personal and business goals alone. The next time your self talk leads you down this path, just remember that even the top leaders of our country recognize their need for support to fulfill the vision they have, so why wouldn’t you?
