The Systems Audit is designed for the business owner that knows that they have some operational gaps, but aren't exactly sure of what they are or how to address them. Together, we'll take a holistic view of your entire business and I'll help you identify the areas that need work and I'll design a prioritized task plan to get that work done.

Discovery
We'll always start our consulting relationship with a Discovery Session.

During this time together we'll review your current operations, opportunities and goals.
Analysis
Based on our discovery session, you'll receive Gap Analysis feedback for your businesses operations.
This analysis will include tool optimization tips and suggestions as well.
Implementation
During the Implementation phase we'll review the gap analysis together and discuss implementation support needed from me or my trusted team of expert referrals.
